Mariana Balestrini, CEO
A specialist in territorial development, management and governance, Mariana brings over 20 years of experience across Latin America. She has led internationally recognized programs in competitiveness, innovation, and conservation.
Mara Balestrini, CTO
PhD in Computer Science and leader in organizational transformation. Former CTO of IDB Lab and CEO of Ideas for Change, she helps organizations redesign processes, adopt new tools, and build new ways of working to drive impact at scale.
